Email - To log a new support incident simply email sishelpdesk@gateshead.gov.uk giving details of your problem.
Portal - To log a new support incident use the link provided to the right or on the support portal home page. To update existing incidents locate the incident via the My Incidents tab and then click the Add Note action.
